Monitoring the implementation of policy decisions

Artificial intelligence makes it possible to analyze large data sets. In particular, it allows for the automatic verification of public spending according to predefined criteria. It also allows to check the good implementation of projects decided by the population. Example: in Brazil, an artificial intelligence analyzes the expenses of the members of the Congress during their mandate. It identifies suspicious expenses without human intervention. The members of Congress are aware of this new procedure. This reduces both the risk of corruption and the cost of monitoring/auditing expenses. The data is collected and analyzed by an artificial intelligence developed by a public entity (cantonal or federal).
